Reading the guides
No account is required. The current site has no advertising script. A hosting provider may process request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser and access time to deliver and protect the site.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, including which pages are viewed and how people move between guides. The Google tag may use cookies and process browser, device and interaction information to produce usage reports. Google processes this information under its own privacy practices.

Saved guides
“Save guide” stores page identifiers in this browser’s local storage under ts-saved. The list stays on this browser and device and is not sent to an account service. Remove entries with the same button or clear this website’s browser storage.
Videos and external links
Previews and fonts are served with the site. A YouTube player is created only after you press play, using youtube-nocookie.com. Once activated, YouTube may process information needed to serve its player and video under its own practices.
External source and store links lead to services with their own policies. See Google’s privacy policy for its services.
Contact emails
The contact form prepares a draft in your email app; it does not upload your message through this website. If you send an email, we receive your sending address, message and chosen attachments and use them to respond and investigate the issue.
Avoid sending passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information. Ask about information you sent at contact@trickystory.com.
